A bit of R & R

Hmm ... is it really so late? I can't believe that it's taken me all day to get this post up. One of those days, I guess.

on my way

Last night I had the special privilege of spending the evening out at a pub with two awesome ladies. Both are so brilliant and funny, it's humbling to think that they're my real life friends. A night out with some girlfriends was just what I needed after a long weekend of nothing but coughing and dollmaking. Not that I'm complaining too much about the dollmaking! ;) Thanks for a fab night out, Meghan and Kim.

Oh my gosh, that book is incredible. I could not. put. it down. You are in for a treat if you're just starting it!

Oh, those wonderful nights out with the girlfriends... Mmmm, the memories. I must look up that book there for I'm almost done with my required college reading for this term.

I loved that book! Glad you are keeping busy making dolls :)

Sorry, I know that the photo implied that I am reading that book. Actually, it's my friend's. I try not to read too many novels because I end up neglecting my children in a bad way when I do. Sad for me to admit. But, sadly, true. I will probably read the book above next, although it probably won't be for a long while! (I just read 4 novels last month, and my poor babies were not happy with me!)

Sounds like fun! Glad you had an evening to yourself :)

Beautiful bracelet, is it sea glass? I love the color! So glad you were able to have a refreshing night out after a long weekend!
