I have not been very good about keeping up on my 52 Weeks, My kids and me challenge. I have three pictures (all taken today, and none containing all three of us...) today to "catch myself up." Because I think that doing a 52 weeks thing over something like 60 weeks would be kind of lame. ;)
Anyway, here we are this morning before getting cleaned up or dressed or anything. Just hanging out in the morning.

I normally don't go for these "how-to" parenting books. But this one has been so very useful to me. It's about self-discipline rather than strategies for disciplining children. It has been helpful to me as I've worked on conquering my own depression.

These are such cute pictures! It's amazing to me how much your kids look like you. I feel like my daughter doesn't look like me at all, but perhaps she will as she gets older. And I guess it's always hardest to see those resemblances with those who are close to us! Happy weekend!

ah, these photos. It's amazing how our children look like us (and yet, I find it impossible to see in my own children). We just put on our amber necklace on baby silas - and adore it, want one for myself.

I am so bad about taking pictures with my children and many times when I have my camera out, I think of this project. Though I've yet to turn the camera around and point it at myself.
